For the “sweet tooth” here you have an easy and simple recipe for a soft and delicious dessert that can be prepared also for the Christmas Festivities: the Chocolate and ricotta cake
INGREDIENTS:
350 grams of flour
2 eggs
120 grams of sugar
160 g ricotta cheese
100 g butter
80 grams of dark chocolate of Modica (or any dark chocolate)
Grated zest of one orange organic
1 packet of baking powder
Soy milk or milk q.s.
Powdered sugar q.s.
1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION
Work the flour with the ricotta, then add the butter and, in order, eggs, sugar, orange peel, baking powder and salt. You’ll have to make a soft dough. Meanwhile in a small saucepan, melt the chocolate bar that you have previously broken into pieces, add a dash of soy milk to get the melted chocolate “more fluid”. Add the chocolate mixture continuing to work well. Put the mixture into a buttered and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with icing sugar.
