
Paté di Olive

Serve 4
Ingredients
200g Olives (pitted green and black)
50g Capers
2 cloves Garlic peeled
1tsp Tabasco
1 Anchovy (salted)
4 Slices of Ciabatta bread
- Place olives, capers, garlic, Tabasco and anchovies into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Toast the bread.
- Spread the pate’ onto the toasted bread and serve.
