
Lemon linguine

Serves 4
Ingredients
4ltr Water
1tbls Salt
400gr Linguini Pasta
20gr Butter
100gr Honey Roast Ham
Zest of 1 lemon
25ml Vodka
400ml Cream single
4 Slices lemon
- Boil the water with salt and add the pasta and cook for 7minutes.
- Heat the butter and fry the chopped ham for a couple of minutes.
- Increase the heat and add the lemon zest and vodka and allow a few minutes to evaporate
- Reduce the heat and pour in the cream, cook until the cream has slightly thickened.
- Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, stir in thoroughly.
- Garnish with lemon slice and serve immediately.
